At Vue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible skincare and cosmetic products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vue account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your return request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
